How do I get access to the dashboard?
The portal can be accessed here. In order to access your dashboards, you need to have a username and password that grants you this. In the situation there is an account but you lost your credentials to access it, you can retrieve a new password via the link ‘forgot password’ on the login screen.
Can I make changes to the dashboard page?
Unifinu provides with functionality to change certain elements of your dashboard. It depends on your user access though if you can. Access to certain configuration elements is restricted by access rights to a user profile. In case of doubt, you can talk to the main admin of your merchant account. Alternatively you can contact unifinu and we help you further.
How can I request a new feature?
The way the dashboard and the portal itself works, makes it relatively easy to add new features and functionality. If there are features missing you would like to have, we’re always happy to listen. Please reach out to us via the form on the right.
